What can Talent Prospecting offer my business?

Talent Prospecting provides your business with a simple and cost-effective approach to identifying top-tier employees across all hierarchical tiers within your enterprise.

This strategic initiative will empower you to proactively chart a trajectory towards a prosperous future, fortified by the assurance that your best employees are optimally positioned to maximise business value.

Why is it important to identify top talents?

According to Price's law, 50% of the productive work in your company will be done by the square root of the number of staff you have.

For example, if you have 400 employees, your success will be disproportionately dependent on your best 20 people.

Getting your best people in positions where they can have the most beneficial impact is not only vital for your culture, but crucial to ensuring the long term success of your business.

What’s more, if you identify a hidden gem in their first year in your organisation, they are more likely to stay long term.

What are your rates?

Our rates are specific to the needs of your company as well as the size of the organisation. If you wish to find out about specific pricing, please book an appointment and we would be delighted to talk you through it.

How long does Talent Prospecting take?

We are very aware that your time is precious, our Positive Peer Recognition Survey takes between 15-18 minutes to complete on average. We then work in the background to visualise the data, and present it back to you in a way that is clear and easy to analyse.

What is the difference between the Positive Peer Recognition Review and a 360°review?

Our methodology is solely based on positive feedback given voluntarily by peers. It is designed to highlight the work of extraordinary employees. It is cheaper than the 360°review, much quicker to implement, and far less susceptible to bias.

The results in organisations thus far have either confirmed who the most valuable employees are, or highlighted the efforts of exceptional workers who had hitherto gone unrecognised.

What type of companies do you work with?

Thus far we have focused on remote first companies, but talent prospecting has proven equally as beneficial for companies operating in a bricks-and-mortar office space.

Our methods work best at highlighting top talents when implemented on teams (or workgroups) of seven or more employees.
